Terms of Sale

The conditions for buying a Mesh++ lifetime licence on polyprod-software.com.

1. Seller

Mesh++ licences are sold by polyprod-software, email contact@polyprod-software.com (“we”). Full details are in the Legal notice.

2. Scope

These terms apply to every purchase of a Mesh++ licence on polyprod-software.com, by consumers and by professional customers. By placing an order you accept the version of these terms published on the date of your order.

3. Mesh++ and its requirements

Mesh++ is an add-in for Autodesk Fusion that converts meshes into editable bodies and adds mesh tools. Its features are described on the home page. To use it you need:

  • Autodesk Fusion (64-bit) on Windows 10 or 11, with a Fusion licence obtained separately from Autodesk. Mesh++ is not available on macOS.
  • An internet connection to check the licence when Fusion starts. After a successful check, Mesh++ keeps working offline for up to 6 days.
  • For the beta clean CAD reconstruction only: a local Python installation with NumPy and SciPy.

Please check these requirements before buying.

4. Licences

Two lifetime licences are offered:

  • Personal: for non-commercial use only, such as hobby projects, learning and personal prints.
  • Commercial: for any use for a business or for paid work. It includes support by email.

As soon as Mesh++ is used for a business or for paid work, a Commercial licence is required.

A licence gives you a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to install and use Mesh++, with no time limit, for a single payment and without subscription.

A licence is used on one computer at a time. To move it to another computer, sign out of Mesh++ on the first one, or release it from your account if that computer is no longer available. The licence can change computer once a day. Buy one licence per person using Mesh++ at the same time.

You may not share your licence key, resell or rent the licence, or circumvent the licence check. We may revoke a licence obtained by fraud, whose payment is reversed or disputed, or used in breach of these terms.

A valid Polyprod Pro licence also gives access to Mesh++ for as long as it remains valid.

5. Prices

Prices are shown in euros. The Personal licence costs 49 € and the Commercial licence 199 €, as a one-time payment. The price that applies is the one shown on the order summary when you order.

6. Ordering

To order, sign in to your account (or create one), choose a licence, check the order summary, tick the box requesting immediate access to the download (see section 9), then pay on the secure Stripe page. The contract is concluded when Stripe confirms the payment.

7. Payment

Payment is made in full when you order, by card or any other payment method offered on the Stripe payment page. Stripe processes your payment details on its own pages; they never reach our server.

8. Delivery

As soon as the payment is confirmed, your licence key and the Mesh++ download are available in your account, with installation instructions. If you cannot access your licence, write to contact@polyprod-software.com.

9. Right of withdrawal

Consumers normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. For digital content not supplied on a physical medium, this right ends once supply has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent and acknowledgement that the right is lost (French Consumer Code, article L. 221-28, 13°).

When you order Mesh++, you tick a box asking for access to the download right after payment and acknowledging that you lose your right of withdrawal once the download is available. The download is made available immediately after payment, so the right of withdrawal no longer applies from that moment.

Professional customers do not have a right of withdrawal.

10. Legal guarantees

If you are a consumer, you benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content provided by the French Consumer Code. If Mesh++ does not work as described or does not meet the requirements of section 3, contact us: we will first try to bring it into conformity, free of charge. If that is not possible, you may obtain a price reduction or a refund. You also receive the updates needed to keep Mesh++ in conformity.

For a quick answer, describe the problem and send the file concerned if you can.

11. Liability

Mesh++ creates bodies from meshes. Check the results before using them for manufacturing or any critical purpose, and keep backups of your designs. For professional customers, and to the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to direct damage and to the price paid for the licence. Nothing in these terms limits the rights that consumers hold under the law.

12. Personal data

The data needed for your order are processed as described in our Privacy Policy.

13. Customer service

For any question or complaint, write to contact@polyprod-software.com.

14. Applicable law

These terms are governed by French law. Consumers keep the protection of the mandatory rules of their country of residence and may bring a dispute before the courts provided for by law.
